The oldest song on the EP, Signals was in fact the second song the band ever wrote. Originally written on acoustics and cajón, Läbi Linna waited until they were able to record Signals with to its full potential, encapsulating its anthemic feel.
lyrics
They told me, keep your enemies close,
but you even closer.
Now I wonder, are you one and the same?
Always playing these games.
My mind only one aim,
that one day, I'll fall.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no.
Trying to avoid the crowd,
keeping talk underground.
Days shifting, bringing a new you,
same person, different view.
Silver whispers, driving me insane,
because I know your heart is set a different way every day,
I know the truth is never set like fact.
I'm a believer that time is a healer,
but I would rather you just call.
Until then you can be my friend and,
I'll fall.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no.
I'm sending S.O.S.'s,
mixed signals through the air which we are breathing,
I can't control these demons, no, no.
